Do you realize that in just four short days Carolina Grace will be born? If you’ve pre-ordered the eBook, you’ll get it in the still, small hours of the morning of Feb. 5, and if you’ve pre-ordered the print book, you’ll get it that day or soon thereafter!
It’s hard to believe than in three short years, I’ve had three books published. God has blessed. He’s blessed me not only with three books, but with YOU, those that follow, read, and encourage!
Have you read Carolina Dream and Carolina Mercy? If so, I would so appreciate a review on Amazon.com or Goodreads. Those make a difference, believe it or not!
This weekend, I’m in New York City with my daughter, Emily (she has a blog!), looking at wedding dresses! No, we’re not on an episode of “Say Yes to the Dress!” LOL! We’re staying away from Kleinfeld’s!
I hope I see some of you in the next few weeks either online or in person. I have a few Kentucky signings scheduled:
- Crittenden County Public Library (204 W Carlisle St, Marion, KY) – Saturday, Feb. 9, 10am-noon
- John L. Street Library (Trigg Co.) (244 Main St, Cadiz, KY) – Monday, Feb. 11, 5:00pm
- Hickman Co. Public Library (209 Mayfield Rd, Clinton, KY) – Saturday, Feb. 23, 10am-noon
- Lyon Co. Public Library (261 Commerce St, Eddyville, KY) – Monday, Feb. 25, 3:30pm in the lobby, 4pm book club
I’m working on getting some more scheduled, and I’ll keep you posted!
If you haven’t read it already, here’s the back-cover blurb from Carolina Grace!
She knows about God’s grace for her life, but pushes it away. He hasn’t experienced it, but finds grace in a way he never expected.
First-year Special Education teacher Charly Livingston demonstrates God’s love on the outside, but is resentful that God allowed back-to-back tragedies to happen to her family.
Rance Beaumont is a top-notch medical intern. He’s on his way to the top, and when he meets Charly, he knows things can only get better. When he discovers family secrets and a dying father he never knew, his easy life seems to disintegrate.
Even in the idyllic ocean breezes and South Carolina sunshine, contentment can quickly turn to bitterness and confusion except for God’s amazing grace.
Happy Friday!
P.S. This is my younger daughter, Ellen, but this is how I’ll be feeling next Tuesday!!! Wheee!
